Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Alpha-Stim® unit, return it within 30 days, postage prepaid, in its original salable condition, including all accessories, original packaging, manual, treatment protocols and DVD (if purchased with AS-100). Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Contact us through our contact page or call us at 1-800-682-1245 (M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, PST).
The purchase price will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the cost of shipping and handling at the time of purchase. This policy applies only to Alpha-Stim units purchased directly from Mind Body Health Now, LLC.
Sales of accessories, supplies, tapes, books and multiple units are final. For your protection, all packages should be sent to us through a traceable and insurable method. Please allow 21 days for us to process your credit.
